If u downloaded it u are infected
it had a fake virus scan
it was a keylogger
also this virus stops system restoring so u need to do a full scan of what ever detects this virus
i downloaded it i got infected
i got this info from a reliable source he also got infected so deleted it
also i think its the same person on this thread
