Some people don't get their battlepacks until they restart the game.

Every one that have premium , had around 25 free gold battlepacks ! , so no glitch or anything just a gift from EA

but they already updated the servers today. so it might not work.

It was never a glitch. They made 1 service star = 1 gold battlepack. So you got however many service stars worth of gold battlepacks.

Its basically what mausterio1 said, DICE were supposed to implement an addition to the game so where that every service star you got, you got a gold battlepack with it. I had gotten so many service stars within a time period that I racked up over 100 gold battlepacks, which I truly liked since it gave me the rest of the knifes and some of those cool new epic moments dog tags. So, glitch? No.
