Tapper with hotkeys

I made one of these a few days ago for my website but I couldnt upload here because it opened up my website when you opened it.I did another version and made it mpgh themed.I have been using it.
Hotkeys are:
F10 to stop connection
F11 to start connection

Virus Scans:

Is it me only or the program opening up lots of CMD when the application is opened?
The CMD seems to open up whenever i opens the Tapper application, but it auto disappers too

f keys are hard to reach, its better if you did 9 or 0 or - and = or home and pgup

It make things easier if you have an Ethernet cable,you don't have to climb under your desk or whatever and remove the Ethernet cable, then 15 seconds later put it back in. It's a pain in the ass.

A bot just temporary cuts off the connection using hotkeys, more convenient.
