How do I get someones full name with someones Skype IP?

I have my friends skype IP, and I really wanna mess with him and "guess" his first and last name as he doesnt want anyone to know it. So yea, just help me if you want. I don't have any money to spare, so if you can tell me for free, and just steps on how to do it, thanks!

To me it seems impossible. First thing is that no names are linked to IPs if you really wanna mess with him just do an IP locator search or some thing like that and "guess" where he lives

What I do is I use a tool called Dox Tool by Drizzy. First you right click their skype profile picture and click the "View profile" button. Another menu will pop up saying the persons skype name. Copy the skype name and open the Dox Tool.exe, click on the auto dox tab and check the "Username" option and paste the skype name in there. Hit the "Search" button, now heres when luck comes in, nothing may pop up or just a bunch of random links will pop up. Try to find the one that is called picasaweb.google.com/(Username or random name). Click on that and that will bring up a google+ page with possible pictures and, if lucky, their name.

Hope this helped, keep in mind that it doesn't work 100% all the time.
