You can't really be sure if that ban is from this hack, since it's the general GGC Global ban. Try joining a server without any cheats, you'll still get this.

First of I want to tell that I am realy sorry for the bans you people have gotten, but its not my fault.

As @BullDog12345 told, its undetected. The thing is that when you use Aimbot to much, you will get a punchbuster kick, because of your movement. Battlefield 3 has a system where you will get kicket for killing out of sight, and after multi times, banned. Remember once again, use at your own risk.
