Of course, there are some aspects that reduces that number, like internet connection (in this case), OS stability, number of already running processes, viruses, etc. Anyway please read the entire comment, I've already explained it (in a simplified way).

Yeah, I don't think you have, man. You may have done some reading and researched the minimum spec's, But in saying you can run 65-81 cows off 16Gb sorta proves you have absolutely no idea what your on about bucko.
