How to get VAC unbanned (requires few things)

Allright so, normally you can't get unbanned, or hack the system to get unbanned.But there is still one thing you can do, and that is attacking the human brain, which means "Social Engineering".
This is how I got unbanned 4 times.

Requirements:
1.Dynamic IP adress (or proxy)
2.Two Email adresses
3.Social Enginnering skills
4.A CD-KEY/Serial of a game that you own on Steam.

So basiaclly before you even think of hacking change the account's email adress to another one, change the pasword and change your IP or run Steam and CS:GO through proxy.

Now if you get banned, all you have to do is going to Steam Support and just open a new ticket saying that your account was hijacked (stolen).

When they are going to check their logs they'll see that the account was accesed from another IP adress , the email was changed and the password was changed.
After you get an answer to the ticket , and they changed your password.Then means you TRICKED them!
Now all you have to do is makeing another ticket saying something like
"Oh hey Valve, you know, while my account was stolen, I got VAC banned from CSGO,unban me please!"
Their policy says that if the account was banned during a hijack period then Valve can lift that ban.
