-1.right click
-2.open shortcut
-3.type in shutdown.exe -s -t 10 -c ''Get Pwned''
-4.???
-5.Profit

edit: go to run and type shutdown.exe -a
before the 10secs run out.
works for vista, and vista doesnt need to go to run and type shutdown.exe -a
