IP (Vac banned) When I wasn't cheating?

I was IP vac banned even tho I never used any form of cheat or cheating tool on Counter Strike.
Any Idea why this would occur and what do I do from here

Literally every account I log into instantly gets VAC banned
even if its a fresh smurf

No, I've never downloaded any program for CSGO. Would auto hotkey do it?

If you used hack in the past that is why your new accounts are getting banned, You need to format your PC unless you enjoy getting vacation

Is VAC ban permanent?
And also, I have never used hacks. Never downloaded hacks, Never been in a lobby with a hacker in my party

Ehhhh Nexon bans you if you're on this website while playing their game so if it's in valves TOS then it's possible.

Yea, I just looked at their Privacy Policy and it says "Valve may collect personally identifiable information". And It seems like they can browse your DNS history aswell.
