Question about auto-aim

Hello guys i have a question about something that i dont know what it is but hopefully someone will let me know, its pretty much like auto aim but its not a hack you cant see them though the walls just when you see them and shoot your cross hair is going on them and staying on them until they dont get out of sight.I am not sure if its a AHK or some script i am not even sure what it is... if someone know can someone let me know please ?
I am posting this here because it pretty much a hack but its not undetectable so ... if someone can answer that will be really helpful.

Umm that's probably trigger bot. But i cannot understand half of what you typed. Anyway nice to see balkan people here.
If a person is on your cursor it automaticly shoots. That's triggerbot if you are thinking about that.

Triggerbot: Shoots when someone is in your crosshair
Aimbot/Aimlock/Aimkey: Automatically aims at player closest to crosshair, closest distance or some other method.
Silent aim: Shoots at spotted player without even looking at them, kind of like an aimbot but without changing where you look.
There is also other kind of hacks, that lock onto people in crosshair etc.
This can be done in various languages, but needs memory reading.
Examples: C++, C#, C
