CA Spy

So it is true, Nexon has resorted to putting spyware on your computers. My A-Squared "Online Armor" firewall recently picked it up after I finished patching.


Attempted to start Combat Arms - Failed because they were not able to place their piece of spyware on my system.


I approved their piece of spyware and the game finally opened.


This file will be added to your computer randomly throughout the day. For me, this was found a few minutes after closing the program. Notice how I left my firewall to block the application.


So I opened Combat Arms today, October 21, 2009 and got a little curious about the spyware. Turns out my curiosity was meaningful. Notice the first few detections on the bottom where from when I ran Combat Arms, the program will not run unless I accept that it's "safe".

Speed hack is already obvious enough, TnT chams has been around for sooo long because its really hard to detect and Nexon almost has no idea about it. If you want hacks go to another crappy sight or get VIP.
