This thread is in regard to any questions regarding Account Deletion. Thus these are some answers to some of the most common requests.


Q: Can you delete my account for X,Y,Z reason?

A: We do not delete accounts for any reason. There are no exceptions to this.

Q: Will my posts and/or threads be deleted?

A: We do not delete posts without a valid rule breaking reason. we can remove certain things such as contact info, but the threads and posts remain. You have to report the post you wish to have edited using the report button.

Q: What can you do to remove my presence on the forum?

A: We CAN permanently ban you and give you a random name if you so wish. You will lose access to your account.

Q: My account was stolen and I did not ask for this!

A: Your account will be examined for any signs of tampering, since a stolen account could be behind such an odd request.

Q: When should I consider soliciting an account purge?

A: There may be other ways to handle your particular situation. Be it by becoming a donor and requesting a name change, or getting to 1000 posts and requesting a free one. We can also try and work with your problem on a case by case basis. A purge of your account should be used as a LAST result, and when you're absolutely sure you require it.
