How the fuck do you dislocate your knee in taekwandoe? It's so tame there's first graders with high degree black belts in taekwandoe in my neighborhood. I used to do it, but they jack all your cash and make you pay for a belt/stripe upgrade. They get rich, insecure people get raped in alleyways because they think they're "protected".
