You know, P2P is more client sided, so there's a chance to modify things in the game, but other servers is 99% server sided, so pretty much all your information get loaded from the server not from the game files.

I mean, choose your weapon codes in the hack, hit ok. Close the hack and start it again.. TADA Weapons added.
