Does sending ticket to NEXON gets you unbanned? Look here!

=D i sent a ticket to NEXON to get my account back on: 10/13/09, 08:37:57AM. And after 8 days, which is today(10/21/2009 06:28:14 AM), "GM Libra" told me that i will be unbanned within 3-5 days before closing my ticket.

Here's what GM Libra replied in my ticket:

As of 9/29/09, we have implemented additional security measures meant to investigate players who are using 3rd party programs, otherwise known as hacking programs, to cheat in Combat Arms. This violates our Terms of Use and we take this matter very seriously and do not tolerate hacking in our games in any form or for any reason.

However, at our discretion, we have decided to give you a chance to prove to us that you will play by the rules from here on out. This is an extremely rare chance to prove to us that you have the integrity and honor of a true soldier that uses skills to earn kills and experience, not hacks. For more information on your particular ban, please click here.

Your account will soon be released within 3-5 business days and would most likely NOT!! be demoted to a lower rank. As it says in the link to the post that has been provided, "we are and will be regularly monitoring accounts for hacking behavior." If you are caught once again, you will be immediately banned without question.

And they said that this is a rare chance for getting unbanned, but they decided to give me a chance o.o. <--- Wth? Why give me a chance when i'm legit on that account? Are they mentally brain damaged or what?
