Dupe method on 51.125720 ?

Hi there.
There is a method for server owner.
Need 2 people, the server owner put the item on the ground, the second guy pick it up while the server owner reboot the server manually
the second guy must exit the server as fast as he can when picked up the gear.

So thats a pretty known method but not everyone have a server so.

I know for sure there is an actual working method for dupe, you dont need a server and dont need anyone.
Do someone know it ?
