Well I made this smurf a while ago and have been using it just to mess around basically, but i ended up getting it to Diamond 5 and then down to plat 5 from screwing around. It's MMR is still pretty high and you will for sure gain on average +25 LP a win. This account is on the North American server. It has some skins on it, as well as a decent amount of champs + 2 full rune pages! And yes it has the platinum summoner icon/border for both season 3+4.
