In the Console after injection and you are on a server with sv_allowdownload set to 1.

File will be saved to garrysmod/downloads/cfg/server.cfg

1.Open your injector program.
2.Open GMOD.
3.Inject.
4.Join to a server.
After this,write request_file cfg/server.cfg and after this one,write sv_allowdownload 1
is that correct?
