Oh boy, the overall quality is incredibly low, it looks like you exported it to a low quality jpg, then converted the jpg to png.
The giant orange text's font doesn't fit, also it should've been red, as the render's red color is never used again in the image.
Aside, that, the left side's major downside is that the background near the render is either weird (right side) or looks too bright.
The middle section of the image would be fine if it wasn't for the ugly font and the lack of a red color, which would've fit nicely.
The right side looks like a filler, just something randomly put there to reach a certain length, the "watermark"'s text isn't beefy enough to yell "i am a pro img swaggor! yolo!" and looks like something you've put there with haste.
Funnily, i believe there's some time that everybody of us begins to draw those lines in his/her images, just like you did with that render, when i begun doing that i also used to give my texts a black gaussian blur underneath them, just like you did (unfortunatly that does look better than your average, but it looks really cheap).
Something i would've liked to see are the lights that'd come from those shining lines of color...
Let's just say that you're on the right road, but you need to travel alot longer. ;3
