Well it would be a lot easier and faster if you'd be able to create a post with all your proof! Which means all your transactions, skype conversations, contact info with skrill and so on and so on....
Just make ONE big list of it and stop trowing continuously bad arguments to eachother.

Lets take one case at a time. First issue is more prominent. You didn't return the money you scammed in the first report, that led to your ban. It was charged back and was forcefully taken from you. Yes, that is a return. But you still scammed. There was misunderstanding you just openly scammed and now you want back in because he was able to recover his money.

Either clarify the situation, or provide some more proof.
