Massive Story + Need CPU/Mobo/RAM/SSD

Basically, @madsmith was doing Buy4U's, and he claimed he shipped them to me, but never gave me a tracking number, he said they charged extra for them, until few minutes ago I checked and tracking numbers were included. So now I think I may be scammed, because in the buy4u i had:
a FX 9370 CPU
a ASUS Crosshair V AM3+ mobo
4x4 16GB Corsair Dominator Platnium RAM.
and a 1TB Samsung 840 EVO SSD.
So now, I have a budget of $500.

I need:
A CPU(Unlocked with more than 4 cores), A mobo that makes it easy to OC, 16GB RAM (4X4 ONLY), and a good SSD.
My budget for these parts are $500 USD, CANADIAN RETAILERS ONLY.

Since OP doesn't have that big of a budget, I would recommend getting a Crucial MX100. Cheaper, and better bang for the buck.

i just cant see the diff between 2x8 and 4x4, also because his bugit is low 2x8 is a cheaper option

4x4 is faster than 2x8. Just kidding. 4x4 puts so much stress at CPU. So I highly recommend going 2x8.

isnt 4x4 RAM better? although it takes up more TDP, its ok because I have a Corsair AX860 PSU.

Well, I know that TDP is higher, but its ok, im getting an AX860 PSU that I bought off reddit.
also im gonna amazon double dip it, apparently i can do it within .ca/.com
