I do have to be an asshole.
The very first line in the thread says:

How to make it work:
If you do not wish to update again to newer version, just replace your TeknoMW3.dll by the given one.
Alternatively, you may simply rename the TeknoMW3.dll attached to Steam_API.dll and replace that file in your MW3 folder.
By doing this, you can start MW3 through IW5MP.exe.

If you or him can't seem to read, clearly you shouldn't be using this.

I got in a game with a guy named Keshin13 (probably not the real one) and he had a silent aim, holding an akimbo m60.
He's emblem was 123456789abc, and admin tried to ban him and admin ended up getting banned. LOL
