this is as far as I've gotten with this one; and I don't know which direction I should take it..
(fyi; it's not finished I just don't know what to do TO finish it)

Smudge the hell outta the background (and the bottom left corner).
Go for brown and bright orange, it should look pretty.

Well try them for the first time then!
Make a new image, pick your favourite color, spread it with the brush tool, pick up the smudge tool, set a little amount of dispersion and spray away (you can even do that without looking at the image).
95% guaranteed to obtain a fine looking result.
