You do realize that even if you get the account you have to wait X amount of days before you're allowed to trade and use the marketplace, right?

Yes and I'm telling you that with any account you get you are going to have to wait X amount of days because steam guard will make you, as the account is new to that computer. It's like 7 days I think, but you have to wait because of steam guard.

And if Steam guard was disabled you have to enable it to trade/sell, and then wait for the time to end after enabling it.

I'd also like to note that you're unable to use the community market unless you purchase a game.
