    you cant "buy" it, it's FREE. you put in your email, or someone elses, and it gives you the registry key! unless you dont have internet, anyone can do it.

    Download the Visual Studio Express (whole thing from Microsoft). It doesnt need a reg key. If you downloaded each language 1 by 1, then each will need you to register. It takes 5 mins. All you do is make a Live Email acc ._.
