The admins Codon, Vlad and two others are really stressed out when people hack them. Me and a few others before the end of last year absolutely ripped the shit out of the bases and the players. Had a lot of fun. I don't go there anymore (for now at least; if I feel like pissing them off), but go in there and bee all very legitimate at first. You'll see the admins teleport to you and just sit there endlessly watching and waiting for you to hack. Just choose a time when none of the 4 admins are online and just rip the fuck out of the place and cause great heartache! I hate those cunts. It's a great way for me to blow a little steam lol.

Yeah, the hack works on some servers without an EAC bypass. I think that they have an old version of the servers EAC's DLL files. The hack doesn't need an bypass, if used with the old server side DLLs. But sometimes it's also possible to join a server with the latest version of the EAC, when opening two instances of the game and connecting them at the same time.
