    Virus attachable file?

    So i want to download a file from this thread : https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=240475 . I downloaded it but after i scanned it it shows this result : https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/2...is/1420694850/ So can any staff scanned the file back and approved as virus free?or is it just false positive?
