Syncing, syncing, syncing.
I know its harder with windows movie maker, but you can still do it.

The first one had many uneeded effects, but some were used well.
The second had significantly less effects, and let the music just overtone the action.
Also, for your level of GFX the part where you used words, was well....shit.

I'll give the first a 4/10 and the second a 3/10.
