The other is a modular, plugin based client that supports the latest steam version, all DLC, ingame console, mods and matchmaking.

Disregarding the screenshots, the easiest way to check if a project is a hexedited is to check what features it supports and the game version.
4D1: v39 ZM, v39 MP - Playing by joining friends, DLC3.
Plusops: v39 ZM, v39 MP - Playing by joining friends, DLC3.
Redacted: v39 ZM, v40 MP, v41 ZM, v43 MP - Matchmaking, dedicated servers (beta), DLC4, custom assets, ingame console, mods etc.

I have always thought of myself as fairly modest, just because my client have a lot more features than your hexedited one doesn't mean I'm some form of coding guru. It just means that I actually work on my client rather than whine on forums.

Edit for those who missed it, blau-grana is a moderator on Plusmaster that copypastes content from Redacted. Like the DLC4 patched files and user submitted content like Advanced Warfare weapon sounds and stat file hacks without giving credits to anyone.
