@KarlamWood You don't get charged, and you don't have to work anything up, and also you can pay in high amounts but that will make a big risk, ex : I once bought 250$ on "Aeriagames" 1 week later they banned me and the reason was "chargeback" I have been buying with low amounts for 3 weeks by now it is safe, and you only have to use $3.50 after buying my method so it works.

This method will not work if you have a overdraft contract in your bank account,
I do not know if it works if you have overdraft protection with your bank account
as I do not have overdraft protection so I can not test it.
