If you payed for this your out of luck there is no way you can get unbanned by vac unless valve does it themselves which is unlikely.

You can ask Valve to remove the game from your Steam library and then make another ticket saying you got VAC banned for a game that you don't own.
I did this for Rust, but sometimes it takes a few tries (they sometimes dont unban)
