I'm banned on my main @top kek for ban evasion, please tell me why... AFAIK I was never a ban evader..

Did an IP check on you and it came out that your account "top kek" is linked with two accounts which are linked to a previous scammer.
Symmetrical double-checked me and it came true.

GeneralBr3tt is linked with: "Z S45" & "Riptooth"
Meaning those two accounts logged in your account "top kek" and the scammer's account "GeneralBr3tt", so basically they're your alts.
top kek's registration date is near GeneralBr3tt's ban time. Enough evidence to prove you're GeneralBr3tt.

I do not recall having an account called GeneralBr3tt, but if you can tell me the IP I can double check. I constantly use a public VPN and Tor to browse mpgh, maybe some of those are linked?

I have been using FrootVPN and Tor, which gives me a swedish or random IP.

I have also offered to repay, but I can't find the guy who I apparently "scammed"

I did some digging and there isn't enough evidence to prove the above. There's too many questions and what ifs and not enough solid evidence. Ban lifted.
