    = (5^2)^4 * 2^-1 * (2*5^2)^-3 / 5^4 * 2^3
    Evaluate the brackets.

    = (25)^4 * 2^-1 * (50)^-3 / 5^4 * 2^3
    Do your exponents.

    = 390625 * 1/2 * 1/125000 / 625 * 8
    Multiply left-to-right (on the numerator do 390625 * 1/2 first, not 1/2 * 1/125000)

    = 195312.5 * 1/125000 / 5000
Multiply whatever is left in the numerator.

    = 1.5625 / 5000
    Divide.

    = 0.0003125
    Final answer.

Just follow good old BEDMAS / PEDMAS. @gadsila

Order of operations. You do whatever is in the Brackers first, then Exponents, then Division, then Multiplication, then Addition, then finally you do Subtraction.

You should have learned this already. I'm not sure how education works in the Ukraine, but you should be familiar with what I'm saying.
