House glitch?

I've seen people with houses that you can't normally buy. They have the hyperium map as their house. Anyone know how to do this or does it just happen randomly?

Hyperium house is available to purchase but it requires you to have an current membership.

It has the hidden door thing too though. Also I have seen another house that you can't buy, another thing when you join their house it doesn't show that it's their house it just says house at the top instead of the players name.

Some houses are rare.That's the reason why you can't buy then.

Why does it say house instead of their name. Also they didn't have the house at first it just switched from ice fortress to Corporate Cottage.

As the wiki says, the house is currently bugged.
