My girlfriends best friend told my gf that she caught me flirting with another girl, which is honestly a lie. When my gf came to me in tears about it, I said it's not true. I haven't flirted with anyone recently. Now it's been a few days and she's really angry with me, not replying to my texts.

What do I do? I have feelings for her of course. I have other girls as friends, we talk from time to time. But I haven't flirted with any of them recently.

It's a female anyway, and I don't have any problems with her. So I can't understand why her best friend would say that about me.
