To be honest, from where I am looking, none of this does anything to prove your friend is not guilty, for all we know, he could have been using a VPN, which is very simple and there are a lot of free ones on the web, and he could have made another steam account. although he should have gotten 24 hours to explain his situation, and he was banned after only 4, so yes, some injustice in that.
