    With 600 ACs you are sadly not going to be able to buy anything with practical use. Unless you want purely cosmetic items, I highly, highly recommend you save up 1200 AC's to join the legion, or if possible by February 2, get 1500 ACs to purchase the astral/crimson orb pets.
