A lvl 50 with all stats lower then 50 and a total level of 750 or lower goes from 5-10$ as long as it has gold on it.
A lvl 96 with 20mil would be around 25-40$

The buying prices in RS compared to wow, knightonline etc. are shit compared to how much work you have to put into training them.

For example a level 100 account with 1200+ total in RS, would easily take about 1400 hours to create. In return, you will be lucky to get a buyer for $100 dollars or even less.

In real life, you can work even a low-paid job for 1 and a half days & get $100, while spending about 10-12 hours total at max. Total value lost: Over $10,000 worth of working hours.

It's true, that game accounts are just for 'fun', thus their value is greatly inflated. But in this particular game (RS), the inflation is gross and ridiculous. Create wow accounts and sell them, or farm items/gold yourself, the time spent will make at least some sense for a kid who can't get a job otherwise.

There is no point in selling a RS acc for stupid prices like $80 considering how many hundreds/thousands of hours you put into it
