So, from some event a while ago I got a 30,000 nx coupon ($30 worth of nx). I checked it many times and couldn't find anywhere that it would expire, and was never warned that it would expire. I didn't know what to spend it on, so I just kept it. I haven't played for a while, but just got on today, and the coupon was gone. I talked to live chat, and the guy told me that, even though I got this coupon in an event, and was never able to use it, I can't be compensated for it. His response to me pointing out that I was never warned it would expire was that if I were to check the terms and conditions (for an in game coupon???) then I would have seen when it would expire. Thanks Nexon.

I am surprised that it hasn't gotten any better! It's actually gotten worse! A few Christmas events ago I got like 300k gp, this one I just got a bunch of cosmetic shit.

This game really is a bunch of bs. I can't even launch the game on my computer anymore without it crashing to desktop after 2 minutes, trust me I have spent so much time trying to find out the issue, I have even contacted customer support, and went on ask and yahoo answers, I can't get it fixed.
