Ban Evader question.

I had @Devil. and @Styx banned (They were the same person) and I was wondering how he could of possibly came back. (Used a Skype Resolver to get his IP and they matched). However, shouldn't someone that is banned from MPGH and IP banned be perm banned?

they usually are just banned, usually people who are banned dont come back, that's why IP bans aren't always necessary I think.

The guy I recently had banned came back. So @Liz @Flengo @BACKD00R Can I request to have this guy IP banned?

We do not IP ban unless in extreme cases. Even scammers are allowed back so long as they don't re-enter the marketplace. Not to mention they can simply side step said IP ban if they have dynamic IP, proxy, or VPN. Usually IP bans are for severe offenders (multiple accounts to spam the site, advertise, or spread malware etc). In any case only Dave or Arun can edit the IP ban list. Moved, since not a dispute.
