The reason is you're a scammer. Do not deal with this guy. I asked you several times why did you filed a chargeback against me, even though you have received your account and you've been using it for 2 months, but you did not reply and blocked me on Skype.

- No ban evasion on an alternate account for serious bans. (Permanent Ban)

Just checked the thread, apparently, xrowned sold you a blackshot account near 2 months ago, and you decided to chargeback now, and your IP matched that of the scammer's.
