need some help with my banned character

"you're account has been disabled due to a rules violation. Please visit our help page for more information" is what i get when i try to log in.

How do i know for how long my character is banned or if its banned forever.
The character page is still up but badges and inventory is not showing.

If your character page has been brought down, assuming it says "This Account is currently Disabled due to cheating, rules violations, or payment fraud." then it would be a permanent ban. From previous experience, I know when you'd get temporary banned, your character page will not be taken down. If I am wrong, anyone feel free to correct me.
