1)Have you confirmed your email?
2)On your birthdate, are you 13 years old or more?

One of those(/\) are the problem.

i think when the guy who give me the acc was signin with 13 years but me i have 17 what i can do to fixe this ? (change age )

You can't change your age.
Well, if that's the case, the only way to acess other servers is with membership.

when it was in my hands,it's not like that, i can still access to all of the servers..well,try this:
1.) use le bot and log in to twilly
2.) press Auto Relogin, then choose server then check it.
3.) Log out and wait for it to log in on its own.
you can't chat so use this if you only want to farm items or reputation..

EDIT: Now,your turn..fix your metal plates bot!its not even working..
