whenever i try to login my account it appears.

so heres the story my guild member who have many hack accounts give me this account.
so i change it to my email and confirm it. then days pass by i try to login it and that message appears
i try to login my main character that is registered to the same email of the hacked account and the message
also appear. what the fuck happen? did he do this to me because he is jealous or something or its just the AE team

i dont want to contact the ae team because i love the character that my guild member give to me it has many rare item.
is there a way that i can still login it on future?
does the message telling me its perma ban or i can still recover it just by waiting months?
my mind and heart is really broke. maybe im too greedy to have a good account and accept it then i lost everything.
maybe i should move on in real life and forget playing aqw, im not a bad person i just want to experience having an account with ac items, because me and my family is just poor.
sorry for the little drama its just hard to accept.
