I hate to do this, but I do believe Raple is not doing his job in the minecraft section. Normen is the only person who mods there. He works in other sections greatly, but I don't think Raple is doing his job. I think a new minion should take Raples place. I do like Raple and I mean no disrespect. He is minion+ anyways. Liz please consider this.

I used to be a great friend of Raples. We used to play BT together a LOT. I still luv him, but he's not doing his job in the mc section. That's why I am under an alt.

Not sure who you are, but the only person I even extensively played BT with was Arcton so that narrows the options down.

Minecraft may be my lower hit section, but I am still doing my job just fine.

Why are you trying to flip the entire story on something completely different from what you posted?

It's completely clear you mean to disrespect because instead of coming to me and bringing up these issues so I can fix them, you hide behind an alt and throw accusations without proof.

How you believe I handle my job is your problem. As long as I know I am doing my job correctly and effectively, I am fine with whatever you conjure up.

From my stand point, I always thought a dedicated minion with an addition of a current or dedicated Minion+ or Mod was an ideal thing for big sections like minecraft and other big sections rather than outside minions (w/o a dedicated) aka raple norm, IMO, Minion + have to many sections, would rather give that to a job of an MOD.

Good things came from dedicated minions, People liked their mod, ie: tommy, nico, maddog, Backdoor, lance , etc.

^ Plus all of them were/are GMODs except mad dog @Liz

You're talking about how sections should be set up and past GMs, completely unrelated to the dispute. If you have a suggestion on how sections should be set up make a new thread, don't take it here. I don't see how changing an image title affects his activity in a particular section or lack there of, but if it means he becomes more active in said section, isn't that a good thing? Does that not solve your problem? Or were you under the impression that only solution was for me to remove him?

It's true that you may think Raple isn't doing much work but the fact is that I have seen Raple do his job well.

He has been doing his work in the RotMG section, especially the RotMG Private Server section.

Ever since Lovroman resigned, there was a lapse where nothing was getting approved but Raple has been on leave as well.

Color took a stand and asked Liz and he was made the new minion of the RotMG section.

Many things have been getting approved and the section is starting to run like it used to with Lovroman around.

They are both working fine. Normen can say for Raple how he is doing in the Minecraft section.

Whenever I take a glance there, I always see the section fine.

I have been going onto Battle Tale more often now and I don't see Raple on that often. He is normally AFK and instead doing other things.

You also gotta give credit to the minions/mods. They stepped up to do this. They don't get paid. They have a life and they have 24 hours to approve/moderate attachments.
