    BF3 Aimbotter who does he do it and NOT get banned??

    Hi guys, on BF3 there is a aimbotter called "Rusbarefoot" he basically logs onto a server which is normally the same but ive known him to be on others & just jumps in the AA at base entrance killing everyone as they come out of the enemies base he literally leaves it just killing and hes already a 100Eagle so 2 questions please:

    1)What is he gaining from it as hes already a 100 EAgle?
    2) how is he NOT getting banned? hes been reported by lots of clans & still does it?
