How to unban/unblock a WarRock account?

Hey all,

I used to hack on my level 1 accounts, but yesterday I was playing on my main (without hacks!) and everything was normal.
But when I tried to log in today, I got a error message: "Your Account Has Been Blocked".
Anyone knows how to unban/unblock my account?

Write a ticket saying that your warrock shutted down with an antivirus message and then when you tried to login your account was baned.
I did it and they unbanend my account

I have a hard time believing you guys can just write a ticket and say "it was my antivirus, unban now". K2 99.9% never takes away account blocks and bans.

Also, there is no way to hack around a ban, because your player status is checked against server files every time you log in (0=banned, 1=normal user, 2=gm etc.), there is no client side action involved other than you submitting the login info

If the server registered your acc as banned, there is absolutely nothing you can do except create a new one.

thats wrong my account got banned (and i was hacking) and i simply said why are you banning my account for no reason this is stupid! lol (thats wot i said) and i postyed like 3 tickets and my account was unbanned =) never worked again tho lol

thats a lie. i brought a retail from og keys on my lvl 16 and the next day they blocked my acc (when i wasnt hacking) i sent like 30 tickets asking y they blocked me and they jus reply with the same auto message evertime. i assumed it was the retail that got me blocked so i jus said that u brought a retail and next day i was blocked for no reason. they unbanned acc

so u can get blocked accounts unblocked if u giv em a reason to.

if ne1s curious my lvl 16s name is s3xb0mbx and even tho i hav retail im never on the account xD

if your tryin to get an account unblocked/unbanned keep on bugging them into it. think of it like a shop, they want to keep potential customers happy (make out ur an unhappy customer)

I saw lv60+ with retails who spent hundreds of $ on the official forum, who got banned just for joking around with a GM, who haven't been unbanned even after sending dozens of tickets.

I submit tickets just out of spite when 1 of my pub-test accs gets banned, every single time they have proof I hacked earlier with memory address violation logs of HS

P.S. K2 nowadays does not even look into tickets with other than auto-response unless you are premium, and old accs are 100% impossible to get back if you don't supply last 4 digits of credit card # you used because chances are a GM banned you personally

If you think that after being banned you can get your account unbanned by sending in excuses or posting stories as to why the ban must be invalid or someone else must have been using it so therefore it is not your fault I can tell you that those will not work. It might work with your parent (put on sad face and puppy dog eyes) when you explain it was not your fault but I have to remind you we are not your parents.

You don't get banned for things like that. I have at least 50 accs banned since 2007, and it was because I either had a detected pub on the computer, or they linked my hardware ID to other accs I hacked with.

If you got banned, a GM spectated you hack on that acc or a newb acc, then banned them all. You don't get banned if someone calls you a hacker and you say "ty"

Hey, so when I make my Blocked account Bronze Premium for 30d I won't get a Auto-Reaction but someone will really check it? ^^

Yes ravallo, even bronze counts for customer support replies far as I know

You only need gold for german support (if you click german it says "gold premium only")

F2P gets no customer support at all. Wouldn't be surprised if even their hack reports are overlooked.

I wouldn't pay for prem though, but guess if you have the extra $6 bucks.. Not that much
