What to include: Everything you see below, but If you can try and make the Icon (The Sharingan) Spin in place rather than have it slide in or anything.
Background Colour: Black, but with lightning effects. I can't really find a photo on google, so if you can find one that looks good with it.

I still think the colour schemes you choose are horrible, lol. You want something diamond related, yet you choose a colour like royal blue! That's like going for a dog and taking a cat instead.
