AdwCleaner should fix that for you.

Try adwcleaner, it worked when I was getting constantly pop up spammed by those fake pc repair companies.

I've had no luck finding virus with windows defender or spybot s and d

Edit: Has this virus stopped you from installing extensions? I had that error before reinstalling chrome and everything related, had a week of being able to install but then it reinstalled.

I tried this, but when I take the path Program files\google\chrome\applications I don't get appdata folder, I only get a folder named what I believe is my IP adress, a folder called dictionaries, chrome.dll, chrome.exe, debug.log, googleupdate.dll, master_preferences and visualelementsmanifest.xml
yeah it wont let me download any other extensions ?

Reinstalling might fix it. Thing is, the reason it wont leave and keeps adding itself to your chrome browser may be caused by the program running on start up.

Go into task manager, and search for anything out of the ordinary. If you stumble across one, block it from creating additional programs and then remove the plugins.

After that, and I assume you run Windows, Go to uninstall and look for something along those names, or something you never installed. Basically, do a clean sweep of your computer.

Damn you. You're too quick Master.
