Market place fucked up, people running v-moda service, raping that shit up, the guy who actually works there came along and found everyones orders and from the looks of it pressing charges.

something needs to be done to make the market place safer for stuff like that may happen in the future.

If he had just come in and said that he works for the company, we would have just assumed he was a troll, but he legitimately has MPGH members real info. We can't ban him for the safety of members, the wisest thing to do here is to have @Fujiyama give back the money and to try to see what @ryosanhazuki wants, because he just came in, with no demands, and gave out MPGH Users info, we can close SE services but that will mean removing almost 80% of the user services section.

Maybe 200+ posts? but not a small percentage of those in user services ( buyers ) are users who just registered / users with 10-20 posts, so that would ruin some people's businesses.

it's definitely not something that should be implemented right away, these sorts of transitions need to be thought of in depth by multiple different minds to cover all aspects of the playing field. What i have in mind is kind of a token of authenticity type safety barrier, meaning those who want to enter social engineer forums etc need to be verified? Just a thought.

Because he might have not taken any actions yet, maybe if those who bought the service returned the headphones, all would be well, but if we ban him, it would show that the forum supports thieves / scammers, and those who bought the item + the website could be in trouble

I don't think SE should be allowed at all. It's no more than petty theft. Anyone who doesn't feel guilty in doing it is either retarded, or has desensitized themselves to quite a dangerous level. And yes, I think it is irresponsible at the staff-level to not just allow this to happen to the extent it exists now, but even participate. Dave could ultimately get in trouble for this, despite the fact he probably has little idea what exactly is going on.

If this stuff is legit, I wish good luck to those caught. I hope the repercussions are only severe enough for you to learn a life-long lesson, and no more.

Moved, had nothing to do with account issues. Already linked Dave and Arun. Personally, I think if it can have detrimental effects to the site (beyond the usual cease and desist) then we should get rid of it. If the risk lies only with the participants, then I see it as no different from people who sell accounts etc. Something which is against most game ToS as well... Just perhaps with a higher consequence if discovered than losing the account.

This is my opinion but Dave has final say.

1. The guy is banned temporarily for doxing someone publicly on our forum which is against our rules.
2. MPGH itself isn't in any legal danger
3. There's nothing to do. You're publicly bragging about stealing stuff. If you don't want the trouble that comes with stealing, don't do it? It's pretty simple. Don't expect us to cover up for your misdoings.
